Had a great experience taking my car into the service department this week! Special thank you to Jeremy-his professionalism and expertise stood out. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly, and the service was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, and they communicated clearly throughout the process. I highly recommend Jeremy and the team at Myers Barrhaven Volkswagen for their top-notch service and customer satisfaction!

Ounkar was amazing at his job, made me feel comfortable and relaxed through the whole process. They were not a pushy sales team. Ali was great to do the finance with they helped me so much, navigating the tricky insurance waters after I hit a deer and had to replace my vehicle.I was very thankful that I met the best and brightest in the industry at Myers Volkswagen.

Your service is really something, when my car came back from service, a Canada post delivery person was there too at the same time and she was blown away that you guys even have this level of service! She said she would get a Volkswagen just to have that valet service, people love it and so do I! As for yourself Miss Campbell (my advisor), since the beginning you’ve treated me like a king and my car is well taken care of thanks to you. When I’m worried about timing or anything whatsoever, you answer as quickly as you can and I appreciate that! I know it’s not always ideal during tire season but you somehow keep that gold standard going. I was always skeptical because everyone says don’t go to the dealer as you probably know but I believe you converted me. Prices are more or less the same. I’ve noticed you’re able to add things in there sometimes which is very appreciated because it saves me a lot of money. It’s also nice having the peace of mind knowing my golf is taken care of at Volkswagen. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’m considering my next vehicle to be another VW just because of the service experience. Again so sorry if that was you at the door, I had no idea I would’ve offered you a coffee for the road and introduced myself properly. If it wasn’t you, it’s all good hahah. BUYER BEWARE! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Myers Barrhaven Volkswagen, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I bought a used $29,000 car that had rubber mouldings installed to cover the rusted areas on the trunk. I got it inspected by a body shop that quoted me $2500 to have it fixed. The so-called "inspection" they claim to conduct before selling a vehicle is a complete joke. It's absurd that they would stoop so low just to make a sale. The deceptive practice of hiding rust under rubber mouldings is dishonest, shady and a disgusting sales tactics. It's a clear sign that this dealership lacks integrity and is willing to engage in deceptive tactics to move their inventory. To make matters worse, when I confronted the dealership about the issue, they conveniently denied any wrongdoing and tried to shift the blame that it’s an older car and that I should’ve inspected it more. Their customer service is as appalling as their business practices. They clearly have no regard for the well-being of their customers once the deal is done. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. This establishment is a prime example of why car dealerships have a bad reputation. I hope my terrible experience serves as a warning to others who might consider stepping foot there. You're better off taking your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Absolutely the best service experience I’ve ever had. I am new to the area and this was my first time at Myers Barrhaven Volkswagen and I will definitely continue to take my VW here for service in the future. After my experiences with other dealerships not being able to narrow down the issue with my car, it was fixed here in under two hours. From the first phone call to make an appointment, to leaving to take my car back home, everything was seamless and everyone I talked to was very helpful and nice. Thank you!
